Principal Product Manager, AI/ML

Summary

Join SentinelOne's AI/ML product team as a Principal Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of AI-powered security products and features, such as Purple AI. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; prioritize feature development; collaborate with cross-functional teams; conduct market research; understand customer needs; manage product releases; work with sales and marketing; measure product success; and stay updated on industry trends. This is a highly visible role involving interaction with engineering, sales, marketing, and other product managers. The position requires extensive cybersecurity and AI/ML expertise and experience delivering successful enterprise products. SentinelOne offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Requirements

• Have extensive expertise in cybersecurity product management, with a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, LLMs, and vector databases
• Have extensive expertise in AI/ML technologies, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or AI/ML product development
• Proven track record of delivering successful cybersecurity products in the enterprise market
• An understanding of how to use AI technology, such as LLMs, vector databases, and embedding algorithms, to solve difficult problems

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI/ML Security products
• Establish priorities for what features we should build, when we should build them, and why
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML-powered solutions that meet customer needs
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI and cybersecurity industry
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and data science teams to ensure successful implementation of AI/ML solutions
• Manage the release of AI-powered Security products, including capabilities, features, workflows, and pricing and packaging
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch new products
• Measure and analyze the success of AI-powered Security products and iterate to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI/ML and cybersecurity and apply this knowledge to improve our products

• Base Salary Range $204,000 — $281,000 USD
