Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, clinical platforms, or coach workflow tools
  • Experience designing and launching products for care teams, including physicians, coaches, nurses, or other allied health professionals
  • Proven ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features, including experience with Generative AI, that support high-stakes decision-making in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and the needs of multidisciplinary care teams, with a specific focus on health coaching workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twin’s clinical platform, enabling health coaches to deliver effective, personalized care through optimized workflows
  • Design and deliver AI-powered features and intelligent workflows that support clinical decision-making, optimize care coordination, and improve efficiency for coaches and the broader care team
  • Develop a learning system that captures and operationalizes best practices from top-performing coaches into AI-driven features
  • Collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, particularly health coaches, to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and operational workflows
  • Translate clinical requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and Jira tickets for implementation
  • Partner with Product Design to create intuitive, role-specific user experiences that integrate seamlessly into clinical routines for coaches and other care team members
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams including engineering, design, data science, and QA through all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Define and track success metrics to measure impact on clinical performance, care quality, and patient outcomes, with a focus on coach effectiveness
  • Work closely with AI/ML teams to ensure technical solutions are interpretable, clinically safe, and effectively integrated into coaching workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, clinical documentation tools, or care coordination platforms is a strong plus
