Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, with a focus on user activation, engagement, and retention
  • Ability to independently analyze data, identify trends, and make actionable product recommendations. A background in data science, statistics, or a similar field is beneficial
  • Proven history of driving user engagement, delivering optimized activation funnels, and achieving product-led growth goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to deliver a cohesive user activation strategy
  • Familiarity with self-serve B2B SaaS products and a deep understanding of growth metrics, particularly in activation, monetization, and retention

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the vision and roadmap for user activation, focusing on streamlining onboarding, enhancing engagement, and improving time-to-value for new users
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities within the activation funnel. Optimize key activation metrics and continuously iterate on the user experience to boost adoption and retention
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute strategies that enhance activation flows, foster engagement, and drive key outcomes such as user retention and long-term value
  • Track and optimize key success metrics such as time-to-value, activation rate, and user engagement, ensuring Apollo’s product-led growth motion remains effective and efficient
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and customer success to ensure seamless, effective user experiences across activation touchpoints that improve conversion, expansion, and retention
