Principal Product Manager

Summary

Join Axonius, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, as a Principal Product Manager to build top-notch enterprise cybersecurity products. You will create product vision and roadmaps, drive execution, manage rollouts, and work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. This role requires 6+ years of B2B product management experience, a proven track record of delivering software products, and an IT/Cybersecurity/Infrastructure/Networking background. You will work with customers to shape the product roadmap and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate is an interdisciplinary problem solver, a cross-functional leader, and a strong communicator. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B environment (must)
• Proven track record of delivering software products/services to market at scale
• IT/Cybersecurity/Infrastructure/Networking background (must)
• Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English

Responsibilities

• Create the vision, develop product roadmaps, drive execution to results, manage rollouts, learning processes, and manage outcomes
• Work with customers to help direct product roadmap, improve customer experience and drive our business forward
• Work closely with engineering, sales and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver a best-in-class product
• Partner with local and remote teams. Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team to external and internal stakeholders
