Remote Principal Product Manager

Summary

Join Wealthfront as a Principal Product Manager to own the roadmap for Investing product initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft high-quality consumer experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in a consumer software company; experience in building financial technology products is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of high-quality decision-making. You’re first and foremost an exceptional product thinker
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and drive alignment with cross-functional partners and executives
• Strong product sense. You’re passionate about building delightful product experiences
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with an action-oriented mindset
• Entrepreneurial and creative attitude. “Yes and” is one of your favorite phrases

Responsibilities

• Champion and curate the vision for your product initiatives, continually refine it based on customer insights, and rally the team around it
• Define the product priorities and short, medium, and long-term roadmap. Use data and good judgment to drive alignment around tradeoff decisions
• Deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, working with them to drive high-quality, customer and data-backed product decisions
• Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of the team’s work
• Work cross-functionally to take new products and features to market in a way that maximizes their success
