Summary
Join Suvoda's Product Team as a Senior Project Manager! This role requires a strong background in developing project plans, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies. The position functions as a Technical Program Manager, encompassing Agile Practitioner, Project Manager, Release Manager, Tools Administrator, and Efficiency Consultant responsibilities. We welcome fully remote candidates across Romania. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing software development projects and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company experiencing significant growth.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices
- Deep understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies
- Ability to manage projects of large scope and high complexity
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority
- At least 8 years of professional experience in managing software development projects
Responsibilities
- Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources
- Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders
- Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources
- Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects
- Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review
- Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases
- Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices
- Perform other duties as required
