Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects in a technology-driven company
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment and applying lean methodologies to drive efficiency and quality
- Experience in launching new user-facing products and AI/ML applications
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how technology solutions drive business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior and executive leaders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, make quick decisions, and drive high-impact results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of large-scale, cross-functional programs that align with the company’s strategic priorities
- Drive program planning, from concept through to execution and post-launch analysis
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Operations, and Finance teams to set realistic project goals, timelines, and milestones
- Implement robust project management processes and frameworks that enhance execution speed, transparency, and accountability
- Lead risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively identify and address roadblocks or delays
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment across teams, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable communication on project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive teams
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and process management, leveraging data to inform decision-making
- Foster a high-performance culture across teams, ensuring alignment to company goals and maintaining high morale in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
