Senior Technical Program Manager

You will develop and drive cross-functional plans, aligning engineering, product management, and GTM teams. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure successful product development, deployment, and market introduction. You will oversee resource allocation, track progress, and provide executive-level updates. Ideal candidates possess expertise in managing engineering programs, executing GTM strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience, including leading engineering projects and new product introductions
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline required
• Proven experience managing large-scale services and complex programs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, or similar)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and GTM launches from concept to release
• Develop and execute plans for new product and feature introductions
