Requirements
- 1-3 years' Experience responding to or issuing information security related due-diligence, assessment and periodic reviews
- Demonstrate general knowledge of compliance programs such as ISO/IEC 27001
- Demonstrate general knowledge of security, privacy and risk-related compliance requirements for SaaS environments
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
- Self-motivated, able to define your workload, and report accordingly
- Detailed orientated with strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness with excellent organizational skills, and time management
- Committed to staying updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in information security and compliance
Responsibilities
- Respond to Information Requests: Address inquiries from internal teams regarding security, privacy and risk-related matters
- Maintain a System Queue : Manage a queue of cases for each query to ensure timely responses
- Prepare Weekly Reporting Dashboards : Track and analyze relevant data to inform stakeholders
- Collaborate with Security Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) : Work with Subject Matter Experts to update an enterprise repository of security, privacy and risk-related information
- Support Audit Evidence Collection: Aid the Compliance Team with audit evidence collection for client inquiries and compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and other similar standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in industries with stringent compliance requirements (e.g. finance, healthcare, technology)
- Experience working with compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, SSAE 18, GDPR)
- Experience working hands-on with multi-functional teams in assessing processes, risks and controls
- Understanding of security, privacy and risk-related controls, risk management and audit processes
