Summary

Mediaocean is seeking an experienced Privacy & Cybersecurity Compliance Officer to lead their ad tech privacy and cybersecurity compliance efforts. The role involves managing global data privacy regulations, overseeing cybersecurity compliance program, establishing a third-party risk management program, developing training programs, providing regulatory and legal guidance, and reporting on compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a JD, MBA, or a related advanced degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance with global data privacy regulations
• Oversee the ad tech division’s cybersecurity compliance program
• Establish and maintain a robust third-party risk management program
• Develop training programs for employees on data privacy, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance obligations
• Provide expert advice to the legal team, business units, and senior leadership on privacy and cybersecurity-related matters
