Privacy Hub Delivery Manager

Requirements

• Prior experience leading the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including comprehensive project and engagement management
• Proven ability to drive project-based work, managing tasks, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and project risks
• Experience collaborating with customer success teams, product, Data scientist in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
• Demonstrated competence in scope and expectation management with customers
• Established ability in managing technical personnel and fostering a productive environment for the project team
• Demonstrated flexibility and effectiveness in both leadership and team member roles in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of services and projects, ensuring high quality, on-time, and within budget (hours for non-subscription based contracts) to client satisfaction
• Engage in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and resource allocation
• Directly supervise project execution
• Make decisions on resource allocation, project tools and methodologies, and handling of project issues within their respective delivery pods as set by senior management
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget (hours if not subscription contract)
• Achieve high satisfaction levels from stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management
• Enhance the productivity and efficiency of the project teams
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement through feedback and adaptive processes
• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects
• Ensure project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance
• Identify contributors (as applicable) and maintain clear status updates
• Serve as a key point of contact for all internal communications involving project activities
• Ensure all internal stakeholders are informed of project progress and decisions on a regular basis through meetings, updates, and strategic reports
• Will be expected to be client facing in a limited capacity as requested by CX Lead
• Allocate appropriate resources and ensure their availability
• Manage and resolve any resource conflicts while keeping internal stakeholders informed of the change
• Identify project risks and potential issues, developing mitigation and resolution strategies
• Track project performance while ensuring Monday.com and Timecamp data is accurate and reliable
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are followed
• Oversee the quality of outputs and final products
• Provide daily updates to Pod leaders & weekly progress reports to CX Leads and other internal stakeholders
• Provide a monthly summary report and a comprehensive quarterly review of all projects worked by the Pod

Preferred Qualifications

Past experience & good knowledge of regulations and standards related to Data Privacy (eg HIPAA, GDPR, Privacy Acts)
