Requirements

• 4+ years’ proven experience hiring for Software Engineering teams in Vietnam
• A track record of delivering a best-in-class time to hire
• Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment that’s fast-paced, high change and Remote First
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Vietnamese), with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Highly commercial outlook
• Focused, tenacious and highly motivated to meet targets

Responsibilities

• Attract the best passive and active talent in the market, via a combination of employer brand campaigns, advertising, events and headhunting techniques. And strongly communicate Employment Hero’s mission, vision and culture, sharing our story with candidates
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all Engineering candidates (both successful and unsuccessful)
• Use a combination of interviews and technical assessments to identify the best-suited candidates for Employment Hero
• Partner with our Engineering leaders to develop highly effective hiring strategies
• Identify and deliver improvements across the Talent function, driving increased efficiency and operational excellence across the team
