Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment within the technology industry
• Strong understanding of technical roles, cloud technologies, and related skill sets
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, Greenhouse a plus
• Passion for recruiting and talent acquisition with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, requirements, and team dynamics for open positions
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, online databases, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates
• Proactively source, screen, and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach, networking, and relationship-building
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and alignment with job requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing necessary logistical support
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team to gather feedback, evaluate candidate fit, and facilitate the decision-making process
• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
• Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in technical sourcing and recruitment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
