Requirements

  • Very good English skills (C1)
  • Good knowledge of German (min. B2)
  • Experience in managing financial tasks
  • Analytical thinking, numeracy and problem-solving skills are critical
  • Ability to question the status quo and openness to new challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Min. 2 years of financial/accounting or related experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • A positive attitude and sense of humor are a must!

Responsibilities

  • As a Process Expert - Country Coordinator you will be responsible for invoicing, collection and cash application processes
  • You will work with client data and binders/slips
  • You will also be responsible for tasks within the team and the main contact person on the client side- to ensure good relations and timely fulfillment of assigned tasks
  • In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and develop your skills in insurance finance
  • Being first point of contact for the client
  • Taking care of timely execution of processes
  • Working with the team leader to distribute tasks among team members
  • Advising and supporting team members when they deal with complex/non-standard cases
  • Monitoring processes, tracking errors, ensuring high quality of process delivery
  • Working directly with clients and building good business relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in finance/ credit control/ collections will be an asset
