Requirements

• +2 years of experience leading operational teams
• Experience working with Google Sheets and other performance management tools
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Lead your Processing Agents to ensure all documents are delivered on-time and with no errors
• Provide leadership with constant feedback, coaching, and career growth paths for all processing agents
• Assure the team’s productivity, MIN rates, and procedures are optimal and set continuous improvement and training plans
• Ensure the Fulfillment team meets performance standards and metrics while identifying and addressing areas for improvement to enhance customer experience
• Lead high-impact initiatives that transform the experience of all our customers
