Procurement Lead

Summary

Join Teamshares as a Procurement Lead to leverage economies of scale in purchasing across their network companies, identify cost reduction opportunities, and source new suppliers.

Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting or banking (either pre- or post- MBA), with direct procurement, contract review, and cost savings experience OR 3-5 years of direct sourcing / vendor management in house
• Mastery of data analysis including reviewing Profit & Loss statements, aggregating large quantities of data, and using tools to simplify analysis

Responsibilities

• Be the procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Create network company best practices processes and playbooks
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction across the network
• Lead will be responsible for sourcing new vendors based on
• Develop plan for ongoing review of network company spend
