Summary

Join Everbridge, a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, as an Implementation Procurement Specialist in a fully remote role based anywhere in Hungary. This position will align with US working hours from 15:00 to 23:30 (CET), Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve cost savings
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with experience working with international teams and suppliers
• Ability to analyze procurement data and provide actionable insights
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, including contract management and supplier relations

Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily purchase requests from various departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Secure competitive quotes from suppliers, consistently driving value for the company
• Maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery
• Oversee supplier contract renewals, terminations, and reviews, ensuring all agreements meet company requirements
• Streamline procurement processes by optimizing tools and systems to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and procurement budget performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and ensure timely procurement of goods and services
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal standards
• Align procurement efforts with business objectives by working closely with internal departments
