Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support or customer success, ideally within a procurement, SaaS, or operational role
  • Experience in stakeholder management, interacting with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and verbal English for professional communication
  • Strong email communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with clarity and professionalism
  • Experience using Slack, Google Suite, and other business tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and operational coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide behind-the-scenes support for customers, primarily through the client’s platform, including email communication, calls, and Slack messaging
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers’ needs, priorities, and negotiations
  • Handle tactical administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring smooth procurement processes
  • Interact with suppliers and other stakeholders to close out requests and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams, maintaining a feedback loop to optimize the customer experience
  • Assist in tracking procurement and contract negotiation requests, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage data entry tasks
  • Leverage the client’s proprietary software platform and workflows to complete contract negotiation requests, including key steps such as information gathering and coordinating signatures
  • Efficiently handle customer requests, ensuring smooth procurement operations
  • Manage interactions with suppliers and stakeholders, resolving inquiries quickly and accurately
  • Maintain clear communication with Account Managers and other teams to enhance workflows
  • Complete administrative and tactical procurement tasks with precision and attention to detail while identifying areas for operational improvement
