Procurement Specialist

Join Sunnova, an industry-leading adaptive energy services company, in their Procurement Specialist position to assist with managing distribution partners and other indirect categories of spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Efficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer

Responsibilities

• Support Sunnova’s supplier relationship management with Sunnova’s distribution partners and other suppliers within indirect procurement
• Assist in development of category strategies where needed
• Develops Requests for Quotes (RFQ) bid tabs
• Work closely with Buyers to ensure equipment availability through Sunnova distribution channels
• Quarterly pricing updates to distribution partners price list
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with Sunnova distribution partners and/or vendors as required
• Assist as needed with inventory reconciliation process

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years with Procurement / Supply Chain experience including, but not limited to, sourcing, managing relationships, and negotiating pricing/agreements
• Developing and executing category strategies
• Ability to use Microsoft Word’s redlining functionality
• Salesforce ERP and other related software experience
• Distribution & logistics experience
• Ability to use advanced Excel functionality to gain insights or for stakeholder reporting (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting & searches)
• Deep understanding of the procure to pay process
