Summary

Join Strapi as a Product Advocate and leverage your technical skills and communication abilities to champion our headless CMS. You will collaborate closely with Growth Marketing and Sales, directly engaging with users and potential customers to highlight Strapi's value. This role involves managing inbound leads, conducting technical discovery calls, providing support and educational resources, and advocating for Strapi as the preferred platform. You will contribute to product adoption by creating technical blog posts and meeting pipeline targets. Requirements

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements

  • Deep understanding and personal appreciation of Open Source, Headless CMS such as Strapi, and frontend technologies such as Next.js
  • Passionate about being part of Strapi’s journey
  • Strong interest and willingness to learn and try new things
  • Globally, we require excellent written and spoken English, which is our company language

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow, i.e., identify and qualify potential new customers to kick off sales cycles
  • Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points and educate them on Strapi’s solutions
  • Accelerate product adoption by providing support and educational resources
  • Engage and assist users, prospects, and community members, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience
  • Advocate effectively for Strapi as the preferred platform, demonstrating its benefits to prospects
  • Meet or exceed pipeline targets
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using HubSpot
  • Create technical blog posts to showcase Strapi’s capabilities to drive awareness and product adoption

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a technical SDR, or client-facing experience at a web agency is a big plus
