Summary
Join Accurate Background as a Product Analyst and become an integral part of a team dedicated to enhancing the background screening experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the product roadmap, ensuring projects are completed on time. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, including experience with SQL, Java, Figma, and Jira. The position is remote with specific shift timings. You will leverage agile methodologies, track product trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve products and services. Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst, product management, or similar role
- Educational Qualifications:- Graduate/post Graduate
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and basic software development processes
- Strong technical skills with experience in SQL, Java, Figma, and Jira
- Passion for solving customer problems and delivering superior user experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who works well with cross-functional teams and is eager to continuously learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze product trends and customer feedback to provide recommendations that enhance our products and services
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and translate business requirements into clear technical user stories to ensure seamless data flow and functionality of our products and systems
- Apply agile methodologies to deliver continuous value to customers that aligns to our product strategy and goals
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and make effective trade-offs to ensure your projects are delivered on time
- Create technical documentation and offer support to internal teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Partner with the Compliance Product Manager to establish KPIs and success metrics for your products, monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions as needed
- Provide internal teams with consistent project updates and assist with go-to-market launch activities, including demos, training, and creating release notes to ensure successful implementation
