Product Analyst

Summary

Join Algolia's R&D team as an Analyst to analyze customer behavioral and usage data across products. You will deliver insights to inform product and feature development, collaborating with various teams. This role involves analyzing interaction patterns, business data, and user behavior to inform decision-making and creating impactful reports and presentations. You will work with other analysts to ensure data consistency and provide data-driven guidance to different teams. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of product design experience, exceptional skills in SQL, Python, and R, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. Requirements

• 4+ years product design experience
• Exceptional experience with SQL, Python, and R
• Strong understanding of data hygiene, statistical analysis, and data visualization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
• Strong communicator of data and the rationale behind methodology and analysis

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deliver high-quality insights across interaction patterns, business data, and user behavior to inform decision-making
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data-driven strategies, ensuring user-centric solutions
• Create clear and impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, align expectations, and establish shared goals across teams
• Work with other analysts and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of data across different products and features
• Provide data-driven guidance and support to developers, product managers, and teams across the business

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience on a developer-first product
• Passion for working collaboratively across a dynamic, international workspace
