Summary

Requirements
- Use advanced analytics tools like Mixpanel, Redshift, & Looker to analyze user behavior and develop actionable insights
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product management)
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experimental methodologies
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data quality
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, engagement, and retention metrics using our suite of data analysis tools to uncover actionable insights and inform product strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities in data collection and instrumentation and communicate these effectively to the Product and Engineering teams
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and initiatives
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and performance trends to stakeholders
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into specific aspects of the product, identifying root causes and providing actionable recommendations
- Support product experimentation by designing and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimental methodologies
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mixpanel, Redshift, and Looker is highly beneficial
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred
