Summary
Join Teikametrics as a Product Analyst and partner with Product and Engineering teams to analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for product optimization and user experience enhancement. You will leverage SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to track key product metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards showcasing key product metrics, conduct exploratory data analysis, and define KPIs to measure success. Identify data patterns, communicate findings effectively, and evaluate the impact of new product features on user behavior. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in a product or data analytics role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a product or data analytics role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
- Skilled in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation of data workflows
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker, or similar (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with product analytics frameworks
- A solid understanding of key product metrics such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates
- Experience working with large datasets, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to understand business and data requirements and provide actionable insights
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Looker to track product performance, user behavior, and market trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key product metrics
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support product feature development, experiments, and optimization efforts
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs, measure success, and make recommendations for improvements
- Identify patterns and trends in data, and communicate findings through clear, concise visualizations and presentations
- Work on product feature evaluations, and assess the impact of new features or updates on user behavior

Familiarity with data science techniques and predictive modeling
