Product Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product analytics, data analytics, and business intelligence
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase)
• The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and tell compelling stories with data
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and create clear, insightful reports for key stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams across Truv to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business success
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that give us real-time insights into our performance and help us make informed decisions
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our data and provide recommendations for action
