Remote Senior Product Analyst

Summary

Join Truv, a small but mighty team of engineers and product managers, to work on building end-to-end personalized experiences for all products. As a data-driven decision maker, you'll lead a team of analysts and engineers, drive key insights, and optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Passion for data and an obsession for data-driven decisions
• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably B2B2C
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many priorities and under tight timeframe
• Experience with Python, SQL and AWS data engineering services
• Previous experience with tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, skill with databases, ability to write queries and build models
• Bachelors/Masters in Computer science or equivalent technical degree including knowledge/skill of databases and business intelligence

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with our Product Intelligence team
• Build & drive key insights to create new and improvement features that drive both engagement and revenue
• Focuses on building insights from data, optimize conversion rate, search
• Track, monitor the health of the product and bring it insights to the right folks for further investigation and fixes
• Leads and motivates a team of analysts & engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health
