Remote Product Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Product Analyst in India, working full-time with the option to work from home, on-site, or hybrid. Conduct segmentation analysis, perform internal data audits, and create custom reports using clickstream data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing
• Ability to create custom reports using internal data
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct segmentation analysis to enhance website personalization by identifying key segments within customer data
• Perform internal data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Create custom reports using clickstream data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
• Understanding of web analytics tools and methodologies
