Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst
• Superior quantitative analysis skills
• Creativity in problem solving and keen business sense
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with complex relational databases (Snowflake)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and obsessively organized with excellent documentation skills
• Analytical mindset - ability to perform root cause analysis, recognize patterns
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Python, Tableau/Looker/Sigma, JIRA project management
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering), or equivalent combination of training and practical experience

Responsibilities

• Enrich Kafene's understanding of existing marketing performance
• Explore sales funnel opportunities
• Optimize return customer pathways
• Share strategic recommendations to optimize portfolio composition
• Serve as the main point of contact for Product and Finance teams
