Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
  • 8+ years of professional experience with at least 6+ years in a data-oriented role
  • Experience partnering with product management in a fast-growing tech company or startup environment
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Amplitude)
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and managing complex dashboards and reporting systems
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management for market research and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs, workflows, and desired outcomes
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback for data improvements and innovation
  • Partner with all data teams to explore, prepare and deliver innovative products
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • Define scope, functionality, and user experience of dashboards with cross-functional teams (both internal and external)
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for data products
  • Implement analytics tracking and maintain systems for actionable insights
  • Track product performance, identify improvements, and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for data-driven recommendations
  • Optimize products based on performance, user feedback, and market trends
  • Stay updated on analytics, AI, and BI advancements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms
  • Extensive experience with programming languages
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
  • Experience with user research or gathering client feedback

Benefits

  • The annual salary/OTE for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
