Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience in product management, product leadership and proven success leading transformations and coaching product teams
  • You have a proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes in various industries
  • You have a deep understanding of product management competencies, methodologies, principles and behaviors of effective teams
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • You are able to travel as needed. Nights and weekends may be necessary in some instances
  • Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the listed country of hire without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching for client teams on product and team-related principles including but not limited to: Implementing and scaling the Product Operating Model and Product Thinking, Leading through Transformation, Team Topologies and more
  • Develop and deliver custom learning plans to meet specific client needs
  • Build tailored workshops and training sessions using Product School modularized content, customizing for client problems and opportunity
  • Leverage your experience, success stories and learning to provide coaching in 1:1 and group settings
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and product teams on a variety of transformation, product and team topics
  • Provide support and guidance to executives on things like competencies, scorecards by role, organizational structure, etc
  • Administer qualitative and quantitative assessments as a part of the sales cycle and every client engagement
  • Generate reporting using insights from assessments and industry benchmarks to support recommendations and inform how time is spent during client engagements
  • Lead organizational transformations through coaching and facilitation as well as advisory engagements. Collaborate with enterprise instructors to provide a holistic learning experience
  • Collaborate with clients to recommend and align on mutually relevant business outcomes
  • Continuously monitor and measure the impact of implemented strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Accountable to conduct pre assessment interviews with every prospect to design engagements to foster better outcomes
  • Executes full scale client and organizational assessments; crafts high quality generation of reports and executive debrief
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to articulate the value of our services
