Join our client, a thriving eCommerce business specializing in automotive accessories, as their new Product Data Coordinator! Based in Australia and New Zealand, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing product data across various platforms. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position offering a competitive compensation package. You will be responsible for mapping product data, managing daily uploads, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with various software and file formats. This role requires strong Excel skills and experience in a data-heavy administrative role.
Requirements
- Experience in a data-heavy admin or coordination role
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy under tight timelines
- Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with file conversions, image files, and structured naming conventions
- Familiarity with cloud tools such as Microsoft Teams, Trello, and OneDrive
- Strong English communication skills (internal communication only β no client contact)
- Must be a team player with a friendly, collaborative attitude
Responsibilities
- Map product data to third-party databases (e.g., AutoInfo, PartsDB)
- Manage daily product data uploads using CSV files in the N2 ERP system
- Convert, name, and assign product images (JPEGs) to SKUs for system display
- Identify missing pattern images and coordinate with the product development team
- Organise product pattern libraries across Teams and OneDrive
- Ensure consistent file formatting and naming conventions for accuracy
- Collaborate with internal staff and maintain accurate records across platforms
