Requirements

• Possess undergraduate qualifications (Business Systems, IT or Engineering disciplines preferred)
• Have 4+ years of experience in a product leadership role (Product Owner, Product Manager or equivalent)
• Demonstrate a proven track record of leading product delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Possess strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
• Have experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Employ a data-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
• Be able to write well-defined specifications to clearly communicate expected product outcomes
• Demonstrate proven success working with design and development teams using agile/scrum methodology
• Be able to challenge expectations and question the status quo on a day-to-day basis
• Be hungry, creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven with a diverse skill set to thrive in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
• Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Possess excellent decision making and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Lead multiple product squads to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features and improvements
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the product team
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Product Owners, fostering a high-performing team environment
• Act as the bridge between leadership, product teams and business units to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize product launches and adoption
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure scalable and user-friendly solutions
• Effectively communicate product strategies, priorities, and progress to stakeholders
• Translate complex technical and business challenges into clear, actionable insights
• Be able to host, conduct and articulate presentations to the whole organisation, including C-level execs, as well as corporate partners and external customers
