Requirements

  • +4 years of experience working and leading digital mobile product design projects
  • Solid knowledge of interaction design, typography, color, and page layout
  • Great knowledge of UI design for mobile
  • Good knowledge of User Experience Design
  • Knowledge of Figma, Jira, Trello or similar
  • Familiar with creative processes and visual sensibility
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A problem solver with a great eye for detail, meticulous, curious, yet responsible, and motivated to expand your skills further
  • Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management negotiating
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with experience in international environments

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our monetization teams and departments like Product, ASO, Product Design and UX to align needs for our projects
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Attend all project meetings, working to develop an understanding of business objectives, work processes, project decisions and direction
  • Ensure consistency and quality in UI design across various platforms by adhering to and evolving the design system
  • Participate in meetings and weekly catch ups with Product Owners
  • Close collaboration with our UX and Product Owners to understand product requirements
  • Close collaboration with other design team leads to inform about updates
  • Provide weekly projects status updates to the design team lead
  • Oversee design work on subcontractors ensuring project deliverables are on track
  • Provide feedback and review mobile UI designs to maintain quality standards
  • Maintain weekly communication with subcontractors
  • Adapt well to changing priorities, deadlines and directions
