Summary
Join BlaBlaCar's Design team as a Product Designer and contribute to building the best user experience across all markets. Working within the Platform hub, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data and user insights to inform design decisions. You will lead the design process from concept to QA, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous feedback loops. This role requires 4+ years of UX design experience across mobile, web, and desktop applications, along with expertise in information architecture and data-driven design. Requirements
- 4+ years of user experience design across mobile, web, and desktop applications, with strategic leadership experience
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys into scalable, intuitive, and delightful experiences
- Mastery in organizing and structuring information for intuitive navigation across diverse markets
- Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and using data to inform and iterate on design solutions
- Create cohesive, intuitive interfaces while adhering to brand and content guidelines
- Effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and incorporate feedback
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the PM and research teams to define clear user problems, leveraging data and user insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve solutions
- Lead the design process from concept to QA, delivering high-fidelity prototypes and leveraging the design system for consistency and efficiency
- Act as the bridge between design, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and continuous feedback loops
- Apply market benchmarks and best practices to drive innovation and ensure designs are competitive
- Regularly assess and refine designs based on performance, user feedback, and evolving market trends
