Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output from the design team
• Establish and maintain our creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints
• Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets
• Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and cutting-edge
