Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the healthcare industry, to join our team. The role involves designing innovative digital products, owning design projects from concept to launch, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products
• Experience in healthcare or related industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces leveraging and building upon our design system
• Create interactive prototypes to test, iterate, and refine design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define product requirements and design objectives
• Develop high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare software design
• Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of end users throughout the product development lifecycle
