Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in product design
- Have native mobile app design experience
- Have experience with Figma, Miro, and/or Protopie
Responsibilities
- Support efforts which measurably improve people’s lives
- Become intimately familiar with the Fetch app; using it in your daily life
- Integrate within your team
- Understand your team’s focus, goals, and KPIs
- Develop strong working relationships with your pack, Product owner and Tech lead
- Launch a small feature to production
- Develop strong working relationships outside of your team with key stakeholders
- Explore the unknowns—what opportunities are untouched?
- Lead design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers
- Handle ambiguity & influence decisions within your team
- Launch multiple successful features into production
