Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in product design
  • Have native mobile app design experience
  • Have experience with Figma, Miro, and/or Protopie

Responsibilities

  • Support efforts which measurably improve people’s lives
  • Become intimately familiar with the Fetch app; using it in your daily life
  • Integrate within your team
  • Understand your team’s focus, goals, and KPIs
  • Develop strong working relationships with your pack, Product owner and Tech lead
  • Launch a small feature to production
  • Develop strong working relationships outside of your team with key stakeholders
  • Explore the unknowns—what opportunities are untouched?
  • Lead design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers
  • Handle ambiguity & influence decisions within your team
  • Launch multiple successful features into production
