Summary

Injective Labs is seeking a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing complex web and mobile applications, particularly in Trading/DeFi/CEX/Crypto/Fintech products. The role involves end-to-end design projects, gathering user feedback, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring consistency in design language, iterating on designs based on user feedback, working closely with developers, staying updated on industry trends, building and maintaining the design system. Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role in designing complex web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, asynchronous and agile environment
• You are a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Work end-to-end design projects
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements
• Gather user feedback, advocate for our users, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and user experience across all products and platforms
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, business needs, and data analysis
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance throughout the development process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing for Trading/DeFi/CEX/Crypto/Fintech products
• Interest in crypto, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi)
