Requirements

• Good foundation in UX Design hard skills - prototyping and designing in Figma, wireframing, and interviewing users
• Basic UX Research skills - previous hands on experience doing usability testing in English, or similar experience
• Great Critical thinking, the ability to actively listen and speak with clarity and confidence

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for user problems
• Bring a designer's view into the product team: user perspective, clarity, ability to quickly iterate & test different solutions and communicate well with your partners in a team
• Play a key role in developing and evolving the design system at ROI Hunter
