Product Designer

Summary

Sarwa is seeking a Product Designer to shape its product strategy and vision. The role requires 4+ years of experience in fast-paced creative environments, strong UI/UX thinking, collaboration skills, and a keen eye for visual design. Requirements

• Have a 4+ years of experience in fast-paced creative environments
• Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wire-framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work and also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker
• Have a well trained eye for great visual design execution - one pixel off is a big deal to you
• A strong ability to communicate your thinking and design decisions (visually and written) - you’re able to get people along on the journey with you
• Excellent teamwork skills that enable you to thrive in cross-functional work
• Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Invision, Figma, etc.,)
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback

Responsibilities

• Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design
• Get leadership buy-in, share customer insights and areas of improvement through research and data visualization
• Build functional prototypes to validate and test designs
• Develop product marketing content to support the marketing team in creating the designs for product launches
