Product Designer

Requirements

• Possess a degree or experience in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, or equivalent experience
• Have 0-2+ years of Product Design experience
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with design techniques such as storyboarding, information architecture, interaction models, user research, and wireframes
• Have experience with Figma and FigJam
• Have experience creating complex prototypes using Figma, Principle, Framer, code, or other prototyping tools
• Possess a design portfolio of your work with case studies

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with product managers, engineers, and the design team to conceptualize and create innovative experiences for job seekers and employers
• Take UX ownership of significant and complex product areas, designing sophisticated interactions and interfaces
• Lead design reviews and other team-wide design efforts
• Elevate innovation through self-initiated and self-directed exploration projects
• Participate in user experience research and usability studies
• Iterate on designs after reviewing the learnings from research, A/B testing, and other qualitative methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working cross functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers quickly
• Possess an understanding of how motion design influences UI and interaction design
• Have 4+ years of Product Design experience
