Product Development Associate

Summary

The job is for a Product Development Associate at PeopleCert, a global leader in assessment and certification of professional skills. The role involves creating product content, coordinating development and delivery, participating in the product design process, managing and updating content using PeopleCert systems, and supporting the Business & IT Product Development team.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or other Level 6 qualification in a relevant Business-related or IT-related field
• Professional experience for 2+ years and knowledge of any, or a combination of, the following: Product development, Assessment development, Learning content development, eLearning development, Instructional design, Editorial or commissioning role, Training delivery

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to develop product related content
• Schedules, facilitates and coordinates the development and delivery of product related content
• Executes all development and delivery tasks assigned by the manager or team leader
• Participates in the product design process and facilitates any related activities
• Prepares and updates relevant product development documents for assigned projects
• Manage, import, format, edit and update product related content using PeopleCert systems
• Prepare qualification related material through following simple guidelines
• Check material for correct appearance and apply any necessary changes
• Test learning and certification content in practice to check and correct logical sequence and consistency across

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of learning content creation applications, like Articulate Rise, Storyline will be considered a plus
