Remote Product Development Coordinator

Summary

The Product Coordinator role is a hands-on position responsible for assisting in the development, production, and delivery of various product lines. The role requires managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment while working closely with the Product Development team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design and Development, Supply Chain & Logistics, Marketing OR related work experience
• 3+ years of experience in product development/coordination preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Adobe Illustrator and tech pack knowledge a plus
• Familiar with Monday.com, Slack, and project management software
• Knowledge of product design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing processes
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of product development from concept to launch, including factory sourcing and onboarding, SKU creation, purchase order creation, shipping & warehouse logistics
• Coordinate multiple programs across many different product categories, including but not limited to – apparel, drinkware, gifts, wearable accessories, paper products, décor & more
• Monitor and track product inventory levels and coordinate with Product Managers & vendors to ensure timely delivery of reorder products
• Communicate progress reports to the Product Development team and other internal stakeholders as needed
• Assist with the development of product launch plans and coordinate the marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product launches
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the product development process
