Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of in-house or agency experience in production coordination or traffic management for a creative brand
  • You are located in the NYC area to support boots on the ground production needs
  • You’re able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • You have impeccable attention detail & pride yourself on getting every little thing (and the big things) just right
  • You have a track record of successfully meeting crucial deadlines and in general have a strong sense of urgency and are deadline driven
  • You have strong problem solving skills - you think fast on your feet and can be scrappy, creative, and pivot when things don’t go as planned
  • You are able to work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative environment and can work with a wide range of people, work styles, and personalities
  • You have a knack for building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders - you know how to meet people where they are and connect

Responsibilities

  • Develop and track timelines for all production phases and milestones, from creative ideation to execution
  • Monitor post timelines with retouchers and video editors, or their respective agents
  • Provide support for shoots and activations, including negotiating and securing agreements for crew, talent, and locations, assisting with production orders including equipment, props, and catering, booking travel, distributing call sheets
  • Coordinate calendars to schedule cross functional meetings
  • Coordinate product and sample deliveries for shoots and gifting
  • Maintain the organization of creative files on Dropbox server
  • Track and submit invoices
  • Have the ability to come meet in person in NYC to support projects or shoots 2-4x per month
