Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote cross-functional teams
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or product documentation, preferably in a SaaS or software environment
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• 2+ years of experience developing solutions under the agile development methodology

Responsibilities

• Create and update user guides, customer-facing training materials, FAQs, release notes, patch notes, and other documentation for Legion Workforce Management
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accurate, catering to various audiences including end-users, developers, and system administrators
• Work closely with product managers, developers, customer support, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements
• Participate in scrum meetings to stay informed about new features and changes
• Continuously review and improve documentation practices and standards
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance documentation quality
• Maintain a consistent tone, style, and format across all documentation
• Use documentation tools and software to create, manage, and publish content

Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with API documentation
