Summary

Requirements

  • Candidate should have intermediate to advanced skills with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, the use of multiple monitors, and can learn and adapt to all company-specific software
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform document management capabilities including processing documents appropriately and QA-ing content while following internal processes
  • Perform incoming claim review by assigning appropriate statuses; reviewing, organizing, data hygiene; and routing completed files to appropriate auditors
  • Perform incoming claim hygiene by collaborating with the internal teams to manage the import queue, assign statuses, perform balance reconciliation, compare charges to appropriate forms, identify and update errors, and route completed files to appropriate auditors
  • Manage the intake and output of files by handling communication regarding questions, discrepancies, and errors
  • Identify bugs or errors in the production environment and submit service tickets for the development team’s attention
  • Review data and identify trends from various documents and systems, communicate to internal and external teams; paying particular attention to status updates, claims routing, intake efficiency, claim status, inventory, and volume
  • Ensure appropriate volume levels, verifying effective data transfer protocols, and monitoring file-sharing avenues
  • Data entry of itemized bill
  • Performs other duties as assigned
