Product Experience Intern

Requirements

• You have (or are finishing) a degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field
• You are proficient in Google Docs and Sheets
• You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a get-it-done mindset
• You have a knack for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment
• You write clearly, edit ruthlessly, and love learning about personal finance
• You’re self-starting, dependable, trustworthy and thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment
• You’re a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Support the development, planning, design, and launch of app features and quests
• Manage timelines, product boards, spreadsheets, and deliverables with precision
• Assist in cross-functional collaboration between content, tech, and design teams
• Participate in QA testing and feedback for new features and content
• Help write, edit, and QA mobile-first quest content (tips, trivia, micro-courses)
• Contribute to the evolution of our brand voice and app content strategy
• Support stretch projects and assist the team as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma would be an asset
• You have basic HTML and CSS knowledge and a willingness to learn more
