Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing SaaS
  • Strong technical knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience in customer retention strategies and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver product training materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on US market needs
  • Experience attending and presenting at industry events
  • Willingness to travel within the US for industry events and client meetings

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary product expert for US-based customers
  • Facilitate and lead US-specific product webinars and training sessions
  • Conduct onboarding calls and support retention-focused activities for US customers
  • Develop and maintain US-specific product content, including videos and course
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the US
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales role or direct involvement in sales processes
  • Experience with international teams or remote working environments
