Requirements

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Experience in writing clear and concise instructional content
• Experience using tools like Canva, Loom, and similar tools to enhance the learning experience beyond just written instructions
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Experience in a SaaS industry (preferred)
• Experience using Intercom’s knowledge management system or a similar tool (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for the Almabase product
• Write clear, concise, and informative step-by-step guides, FAQs, and in-depth product explanations
• Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with product teams to understand product features and updates
• Optimize content for search engine visibility (SEO)
• Track and analyze knowledge-base performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and writing trends
• Review and improve the responses provided by AI tools used in Support
