Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner
  • Possess a strong background in utilizing metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measure product success
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the process involved in building SaaS products
  • Show familiarity with Agile Software development methodologies and practices
  • Understand the importance and process of evaluating and prioritizing product support issues to a development team (Product Support Knowledge)
  • Understand the process of successful project management to meet deliverables on time and on budget (Project/Outsource Management Knowledge)
  • Understand the product management processes, including requirements gathering and user story writing (Product Management Knowledge)
  • Have experience in the overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions
  • Have experience with contemporary SDLC tools similar to Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly, articulating with stakeholders to obtain buy-in. Collaborate with the internal team and with the business
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Product / User Interface Design Skills – working knowledge of best practices from human factors and usability perspective
  • Show zeal to pursue perfection from yourself, your customer(s), your team, and your product
  • Be energetic with a good, positive attitude. Be a quick learner and excellent team player
  • Possess forensic attention to detail
