Requirements

  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in product management, or product marketing
  • 3+ yearsโ€™ experience as a product manager for a B2B2C product
  • 3+ yearsโ€™ experience working in the payments and/or fintech industry
  • 3+ yearsโ€™ experience working on user-facing products
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and contribute to user experience design
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights that led to tangible business results
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, operating with a sense of urgency to deliver customer value and find product market fit
  • High technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture and meaningfully contribute to building a robust tech stack (ability to understand the tech stack conceptually; its strengths and limitations)
  • Experience working with lean and MVP methodology
  • The ability to easily engage in both business-focused and technology-focused conversations
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to internal executive stakeholders and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Manage a new remittance product from ideation through development to launch, growth, and maintenance
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences
  • Partner with the Director of Product to develop a vision for the product
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing; utilize both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions
  • Develop and own metrics to monitor and quantify the impact of the new features that you launch
  • Use site metrics, stakeholder interviews, and industry trends to identify product enhancements and opportunities
  • Align with engineering to understand technical implementation complexities and challenges of enabling unregulated entities through APIs, SDKs, and process automation
  • Actively participate in the agile product development process
  • Build and own the backlog the dev team works and delivers from
  • Write and communicate release notes across all required channels and to all appropriate parties
  • Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned
